Welcome to Squint Eye Media! I'm Regan, the person running around with a camera.
I've always had a passion for filming, which has been the driving force behind everything I do. Whether I'm capturing another pretty sunset, trying to get the perfect shot of my dinner, or actually working, I find immense joy in videography and would love to share it with the world.
My journey in videography actually started through work in front of the camera, I studied acting and dance for years and would constantly perform to the camera. Since then, I've began studying a Bachelor of Communication and Media and The University of Wollongong with a major in Screen Production.
Beyond videography, I have an interest in telling stories, both those from personal experiences and creative fiction. I believe that everyone has a story to tell, and I strive to bring that to life in a creative format with my customers, whatever it may be.

why squint eye?
In all honesty I had a lot of trouble coming up with a name for my business. I was inspired by my cat Sammy because quite frankly she spends a lot of time sitting on me and I stare at her a lot. She has these big blue and a little squint eyes and I think it is the cutest thing in the entire world hence Squint Eye. I also love the duality of the word squint, not only does it represent Sammy but also alludes to when you squint your eyes to focus similar to a camera.
